We say that up front because it matters: this site goes deep on one workflow, quotation, and the depth comes from running that workflow live on real desks, not from market research.

FreighAI runs six agents across the forwarding lifecycle — quotation, booking, tracking, partner discovery, invoice reconciliation, payment collection. Quotation is where most forwarders start, because it is where the pain is sharpest and the win is fastest. Hence a dedicated desk, and a dedicated site.
